BOSS MARINE FENDERS - PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS
All Boss Polymer Fenders are extruded in-house using Australian formulated and sourced flexible PVC compounds designed specifically for heavy-walled profiles exposed to a marine environment. They are nitrile rubber modified to improve toughness and cold temperature flexibility. Boss marine fender compounds are RoHS compliant, containing no Arsenic, Lead, Cadmium, Barium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls, Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers, or any other heavy metals.
These compounds are recommended for use in outdoor applications as all raw materials and pigments are suitable for constant exposure to direct sunlight. They are also formulated to discourage microbial or fungal growth and resist the growth of algae. All Boss Marine Fenders are non-marking and will not fade or discolour when exposed to direct sunlight under normal conditions – available in white, black and colours if required.
